Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Real Butter Powder
  • ⅓ cup Hoosier Hill Farm Whole Milk Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Old-Fashioned Malted Milk Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Buttermilk Powder
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup cake flour
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup + 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 egg

Buttermilk Pancakes

Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min | Yield: 9 pancakes

Step one: Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step two: Add egg and water to the dry ingredients, whisk until combined.

Step three: Heat up either a pan or griddle, use about ⅓ cup of pancake batter for each pancake.

Step four: Cook until golden brown on one side and flip.

Step five: Repeat with remaining pancake batter.
